1. Basic situation of the construction project
Project name: Binhai branch company 1500 tons of diphenylethane co-production 800 tons/year of magnesium chloride technical transformation project nature of the project: technical transformation
Construction site: No. 02266, Runfeng Road, Lingang Industrial Park, Binhai District, Weifang City, Shandong Province.
Construction content: Utilize 23 sets of newly added condensation distillation condensers, falling film absorbers, hydrolyzed water storage tanks and other equipment in the existing workshop to upgrade the existing diphenylethane production line. After the completion of the project, an annual output of diphenylethane will be formed. 1500 tons of alkane and 800 tons of solid magnesium chloride hexahydrate.
Existing projects and their environmental protection status: Existing "environmentally friendly flame retardant DOPO and intermediate diphenylethane project", "10th gas-fired heat-conducting oil boiler supporting project" and "100001 diphenyl co-production 50000to2ब potassium acid project".
Weifang Environmental Protection Bureau approved the “Environmental Impact Report on the Environmental Protection Flame Retardant DOPO and Intermediate Diphenylethane Project of Shandong Tianyi Chemical Co., Ltd.” on March 10, 2008 with the document No. 200838. The acceptance was organized on December 5, 2009 (Wei Huan Yan [2009) No. 63).
Weifang Environmental Protection Bureau approved the "Environmental Impact Report of Shandong Tianyi Chemical Co., Ltd. 10000ta Benzaldehyde Co-Production 50000to2 Potassium Back Acid Project" on June 8, 2015 with Weihuan Shenzi [2015] No. 17, the first phase The acceptance of the project was organized on November 23, 2016 (Weihuanyan [2016] No. 25), and the second phase of the project was organized on December 05, 2017.
As a whole, the existing projects have built corresponding environmental protection facilities and adopted corresponding environmental protection measures in accordance with the environmental assessment documents and approval requirements, and various pollutants have been discharged up to standards.
